Each SINHALI creation is crafted using carefully sourced pure fabrics including organza, tissue, georgette, chiffon, silk, and other delicate textiles, elevated through intricate hand embroidery and artisanal detailing.

As several of our garments undergo specialised dyeing processes and handcrafted embellishment techniques, slight variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of the garment and contribute to its individuality and artisanal value.

To preserve the beauty, structure, and longevity of your garment, we recommend the following care instructions:

• Dry clean only
• Store the garment in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight
• Avoid exposure to moisture, perfume, deodorants, or harsh chemicals
• Handle embroidered surfaces and delicate embellishments with care
• Store the garment in a muslin cloth or breathable garment bag provided with the purchase
• Avoid folding heavily embroidered areas for prolonged periods to maintain the integrity of the craftsmanship

SINHALI garments are handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail and are intended to be treasured as timeless couture pieces.

Please note that each saree purchased from SINHALI is accompanied by an unstitched blouse fabric, unless otherwise specified within the product description. Stitched blouses are not included with the saree purchase by default.

As part of our bespoke services, SINHALI offers customised blouse tailoring at an additional charge of ₹6,500/- onwards.

Clients may submit their measurements directly via WhatsApp or alternatively select a preferred size from the standard size chart provided on our website. Each blouse is meticulously tailored in accordance with the measurements or size specifications furnished by the client.

As all blouses are custom-crafted exclusively upon request, SINHALI shall not be held liable for any fit-related concerns arising from inaccurate measurements, size selection, or specifications submitted by the client.

Kindly note that customised blouse orders are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

At SINHALI, each creation is thoughtfully handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, precision, and finishing. All pieces are produced on a made-to-order basis to preserve the exclusivity and artisanal nature of our garments.

Kindly allow an estimated production timeline of 21–28 business days per garment prior to dispatch.

The stated timeline may vary depending upon the complexity of hand embroidery, customisations requested, order volume, and availability of materials. Clients will be informed should any significant delays arise during the production process.
