My journey with craft began long before Sinhali was conceived. It began in the quiet beauty of India's cultural landscapes — in the timeless artistry of Bagh, Madhya Pradesh, and in the rich heritage of Rajasthan, where craftsmanship is not merely created, but deeply lived.

Growing up surrounded by traditional textiles, hand-block prints, intricate embroideries, and artisanal detail shaped my understanding of beauty from an early age. I was drawn to the emotion carried within every handwoven fabric, every embroidered motif, and every technique passed down through generations.

Sinhali was born from this enduring admiration for Indian craftsmanship and my desire to reinterpret it through a refined contemporary perspective. The label reflects a balance of strength and softness — combining heritage artistry with fluid silhouettes, intricate handwork, and an understated sense of luxury.

Each creation is approached with intention and reverence — designed not only to adorn, but to evoke confidence, individuality, and presence. From delicate surface ornamentation to carefully considered detailing, every piece carries the essence of craftsmanship, patience, and timeless elegance.

For me, Sinhali is more than a label. It is a personal expression of identity, culture, and modern femininity — created for women who appreciate refinement, authenticity, and the quiet power of dressing with meaning.
