At SINHALI, each garment is thoughtfully handcrafted with refined detailing, intricate workmanship, and carefully sourced fabrics. Owing to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our creations, all purchases made through our website are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any orders once confirmed and processed.

As our pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, colour tone, texture, or finish may occur and shall not be considered defects. Such variations are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship and contribute to the uniqueness of each creation.

Customers are requested to review all product descriptions, measurements, and specifications carefully before placing an order. For any assistance regarding sizing, styling, or product details, clients are encouraged to connect with our team prior to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that a product is received in a damaged condition or an incorrect item is delivered, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team via WhatsApp or email along with clear supporting images and an unboxing video. Requests raised beyond this timeframe shall not be entertained.

SINHALI reserves the sole right to determine the appropriate resolution in such cases.
